It is always an exciting time of Dining on the Deck’s year when we present a new menu to our Secrets on the Lake patrons. That innocent piece of printed paper represents the culmination of months of planning, of sourcing new fresh produce from our amazing local producers, of trialing and tweaking and taste testing new secrets recipes, and creating tasty alternatives for those of us with dietary requirements and choices.
The balance between which of our tried and true favourites remain, and which of our mouth-watering new dishes enter the pass, is something that we spend a lot of time attempting to perfect. We think we have got it right?! I hope so. Now we want to know… what do you think? Come and sample Secrets new Spring Summer menu from Tuesday Sept 3rd and let us know?
And for those of you wishing to grab one more serve of our Thai Green Duck Curry or one of Chef Josh’s current delicious deserts… you have a week left to soak up the flavours of our Winter Menu before it’s a just a happy memory in your taste buds! The winter menu will still be pumping for one last day for all the diners spoiling Dad next Sunday 1st on Father’s Day. We have also come up with some Dad-inspired Specials… or perhaps take advantage of our early bird breakkie promo and enjoy a free tea or coffee for booking taken before 9:30am.
