This year we are offering Chef Mat’s mouth-watering new specials menu over extended trading hours on both Saturday 9th AND Sunday 10th May! Chef Mat has once again worked his magic to let you spoil Mum rotten this year at our iconic Dining on the Deck daytime licensed restaurant. Open early on Mother’s Day weekend from 8am for our famous breakfast, or a la carte lunch menu with 3 sittings at 11am 12.30pm, and 2pm. Or why not celebrate with our famous afternoon tea from 2:30pm to 4pm. Sample Chef Josh’s scrumptious cakes selection and a cup of something hot or glass of icy cold while taking in the breathtaking views of magnificent Lake Baroon… our restaurant has arguably one of the best lake views in the hinterland and is tucked snuggly away in the pristine rainforest on the lakes shores.
